Founded in 2004, Emerging Healthcare Partners, LLC (EHP) is an executive search firm serving the healthcare industry. We specialize in providing executive search solutions and services to emerging and rapidly growing companies in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device segments of the industry. Our primary focus is to place executives in the commercialization disciplines: business development, clinical research, product management, market research, strategic marketing, managed care, and sales.
We exist to achieve success for our clients. We accomplish this by delivering the most qualified slate of candidates in the shortest amount of time for each search. But we don’t stop there. We follow through — working closely with our clients to the end of the search — ensuring that the best candidate is hired for the position. And it goes beyond the hire. We strive to place people with our clients who will be team players and contribute value over time. We believe superior customer service will produce superior results, contributing to our clients’ success.
We look forward to serving you. Please contact us to learn more.
Partnering — Building the right relationships for success
EHP is committed to a philosophy of partnering working in association with our clients, candidates and search executives to fulfill a common action — to ensure our clients hire the best people. It’s the foundation of the successful results we’ve produced for our clients for over a decade — hundreds of placements worth millions of dollars of investment in human capital.
A BOND OF TRUST with our clients
We take on the responsibilities and the same time and care as though we were hiring for our own firm, building a bond of trust. This means fully understanding our clients’ unique needs and requirements for each position and the person who will be best qualified to fill it.
We dig deep to understand the organization, its culture, its products, its pipeline, its benefits, and its goals for the future. Then we develop a unique selling proposition to attract candidates and a filter to qualify the best candidates. Any firm can give a client a lot of paper to review — EHP produces real candidates to evaluate and helps the client to make the right choice. Our success is based on the success we achieve for you.
AN ATTITUDE OF CONFIDENCE with our candidates
We treat candidates as people, not paper. By building relationships with each of our candidates, we learn to understand their unique personal and professional needs and take the time to align them with our clients’ requirements. EHP does not “force fit” a candidate to a position just to make the placement. We know that is a formula for failure. If we know our clients and their requirements and take time to know our candidates, we’ll match the best person to the position – every time.
Our candidates have confidence in our ability to work with them and place them in the right position.
A COMMITMENT TO EXCELLENCE with our search executives
We only partner with the best search consultants who are dedicated to pursuing excellence. When your name and reputation are on the line, there’s no compromise.
Our search partners know that achieving performance excellence for our candidates will produce successful results.
Equal opportunity and diversity
EHP’s clients are equal opportunity employers. We help them find the very best candidates to choose from to fill each position. We do that by developing diverse slates of candidates to meet all of our clients’ requirements.
Prior to founding EHP, Greg played an integral role in the growth of a start-up firm into one of the leading search firms in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries today. During that time, he worked directly with the president of the firm — one of the top executive recruiters in the field. Greg received many years of mentoring in the right way to conduct executive search. This real life, on-the-job training from a successful expert has proved invaluable to his own success.
Greg started his career in the financial industry working with Citicorp for four years and an investment bank for two years prior to entering the search industry.
He earned his BS in Business — Economics with a minor in Finance — from the State University of New York College at Oneonta. Greg and his family reside in Connecticut where he is a religious education teacher and active in youth programs.
