Greg E. Flanagan - President and Founder

Since 1996, Greg Flanagan has successfully completed well over 500 searches at every level of management; his clientele has included many well-known leading biotech and pharmaceutical companies as well as emerging and specialty pharmaceutical manufacturers. Prior to founding EHP, Greg played an integral role in the growth of a start-up firm into one of the leading search firms in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries today. During that time, he worked directly with the president of the firm — one of the top executive recruiters in the field. Greg received many years of mentoring in the right way to conduct executive search. This real life, on-the-job training from a successful expert has proved invaluable to his own success.

Greg started his career in the financial industry working with Citicorp for four years prior to entering the search industry.

He earned his BS in Business — Economics with a minor in Finance — from the State University of New York College at Oneonta while playing Varsity Baseball for all four years. Greg and his family reside in Connecticut where he is a religious education teacher and coaches both baseball and basketball town travel teams. He was also elected to the Board of Education and has served since 2017.

Jill Wiebke - Senior Consultant

Jill Wiebke joined EHP in 2006 and quickly become one of the top recruiters for the firm. She spends the bulk of her time recruiting across multiple disciplines. Jill really enjoys taking the time to build solid, professional relationships with candidates throughout the industry and at the same time likes to fully understand her client needs in finding the best possible fit for the long term. People are impressed by her persistence, understanding and flexibility to help make things happen. Prior to joining EHP, Jill worked at Longfellow Benefits in Boston on their Health and Welfare Team. As an Account Manager, she worked with many companies to help tailor their benefit packages and communicate the chosen plans to the employee populations. She held her Massachusetts Life Accident & Health Producers License.

Jill earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Policy and Management from Providence College while playing Division 1, Big East Soccer on a scholarship. Jill and her husband reside in Connecticut.
